The MCC Foundation for Neurodiversity & Inclusion, Inc. is a public-benefit nonprofit dedicated to serving neurodivergent children, teens, adults, and their families across Ashtabula County, Ohio. Our mission is to expand access to neurodiversity-affirming resources, family education, and community programs that promote inclusion, independence, and overall well-being for individuals across the neurodivergent spectrum. We believe that neurodivergent individuals deserve supportive environments where they can thrive and reach their full potential.

Through strategic partnerships with local schools, community agencies, healthcare providers, and county organizations, we work to reduce barriers to developmental, behavioral, and therapeutic services. Our comprehensive approach includes family assistance programs, community education initiatives, sensory-friendly environments, and accessibility improvements that strengthen the quality of care available in Northeast Ohio. We extend our outreach into surrounding rural communities that lack adequate access to autism support and neurodiversity-affirming care, ensuring families receive the resources, advocacy, and opportunities they need close to home.
